When a customer orders on our shop, he receives 2 review emails:

These are handled via different platforms (Trusted shops, Trustpilot, Kiyoh, Ekomi)

This is handled in Magento by a colleague who has the task to do this

When the customer has written a review, an email will be sent to the applicable shop. If you receive such a message, forward it to the colleague who handles the Review mails in your country (see Tasklist)
The actual status of shop reviews can be seen on top of all websites
When you click on the review score, you will be directed to the applicable review platform for that country.
Targets
In this image you will see the targets. All shops need to have review scores of 8.5 / 4.3 and higher to meet the target.
What can you do to improve the review scores?
Obviously by providing good service towards customers
