When a customer wants to cancel their order, you need to do 2 things
Make sure that no order is shipped
Customer gets a refund
If the customer wants to change the article, it is important to not only ship the correct article but also make sure that the administration is handled correctly in Magento. This procedure can be found here
Put the order on hold in Magento.
Make sure that no pump will be shipped.

Make sure the customer gets a refund
Send the conversation in Robin to the person handling refunds so the customer will receive a refund and the order in Magento will be closed. If the customer wants to change the order and receive a different pump, please click here for the procedure
When a product has been sent out, we can’t cancel the order anymore.
You can let the customer know that he can refuse the order. When the package is refused at the door, it will automatically be sent back to Monta.
We can refund the order when the package has been returned to Monta. The person who is in charge of the returns will let the Refund Department know and they will refund the order.
Please add a Return Forecast in Monta so your colleagues will know what to do when the return arrives at Monta
This is an order shipped from Dab. Make sure that no pump will be shipped.
- put the order on hold and add a comment
- ask the person who handles these orders for your country to cancel the order (e.g. Ashley, Dab Italy etc)
After confirmation that the order is cancelled, you can ask the person in charge of refunds to refund the customer
