Out-of-stock notifications UK

Why : When a pump is not available a visitor can ask to be notified (subscriber) when a product will be back on stock, this is called an out-of-stock notification. 

When : Two times per week on Tuesday and Thursday, we send out the out-of-stock notifications for WPUK and PSUK.

Programs : Magento; OGO

To do

• Open OGO and go to products - products

• Open Magento and go to Catalog - Subscribers

• Filter on status : Pending and on product name

• Copy a SKU in Magento

• Paste the SKU in OGO (in search list) to check if there is available stock 

• If there is stock available you flag the lines of this SKU in Magento

• When you have searched all the SKU, then click on Actions - Send. The emails are sent out automatically to the subscribers that the product is available on stock.
