Invoice

Invoices are created immediately after payment is received.

The invoice is sent to the customer by email together with the tracking information.

If a customer says he did not receive it, the email may be in the spam folders.

It is possible to send a new invoice. Please see Systems - Magento - Invoice to see how this can be done.
