Regarding the creation of admin orders for coulance, reshipments, transport damage, technical warranties:
You are now able to select the right reason as payment method
The discount code RWFreeShipping still needs to be used to grant free shipping to this order --> this will be fixed later as it needs extra work under the trunk as this is not supported by Magento by default. We will update you as soon as we are ready.
Whenever you confirm this order, an invoice is now automatically being generated which sets the status to Processing - you do not have to do this yourself anymore
Since moving to the new platform, we migrated all databases into one new one - including all customers. Security wise, passwords are encrypted and we cant decrypt or move those, so all customers who had an account will have to reset their password by using the “Forgot my password” link at the login form, or you as customerservice could reset it.
Customers can request a return on the shops
We do not receive a notification at the moment so this will be handled by the one in charge of the returns.
It is not possible to add the returnlabel to the RMA request. We need to send the label as an attachment by mail to the customer in Robin.
Make sure to add a Return Forecast! Make sure to select the correct reason and add in the comment what the solution should be (e.g. refund)
