Return Forecast

For all orders that are sent back to Monta, a Return Forecast must be added.

Why? 

To make the return handling process for your colleagues easier
all parcels that are returned to Monta are processed and added in the Returns in Monta. This is applicable for regular returns (sent back by customers as they no longer need the product) but also parcels that were lost by the carriers or refused by customers. Adding a Return Forecast makes handling the returns much quicker as they need to search less if they can see what needs to be done immediately.

Always create a return forecast if you send a customer a return label. Also make a return forecast for Bol.com returns, ManoMano returns and if you send out a new pump because the shipment is lost in delivery !

How?

• In the order, click in the top left-hand corner on Return - Create return forecast

After selecting the Return Forecast, you need to do the following:

1. select the applicable article

2. add a comment as following

• Action Monta : QUARANTAINE or CHECK or CHECK + FOTO

• Action Solver : REFUND or SHIPPED NEW PUMP

• Name who inserted the comment

So a comment will always look like this : CHECK - REFUND - ILSE or QUARANTAINE - SHIPPED NEW PUMP - ILSE

3. select the cause of return

4. Click on confirm to save the forecast
