Order process
Please see below what happens between ordering a product and the customer receiving a product.
Customer orders a pump in one of our shops (selects pump, adds to basket, adds address details/email address, pays for the pump)
Order appears in Magento, status Pending Payment
After payment received, status changes to Processing
Order is sent to Monta, status Queued
Order confirmation is sent to customer
Monta status updates from Queued to Picking and final Shipped
When status changed to Shipped:
Customer receives new email with T&T from shipping company + the invoice
Magento status is updated to Complete and T&T is added in Shipping & handling information
Shipping company takes over and customer receives order
Status in Monta is changed into Delivered
Review mail is sent after +/- 1 week
Customer service pages
On all our shops, we have similar customer service pages where a lot of information can be found. For example:
deadlines for delivery next day or 48 hours
to which countries we ship
are the delivery costs?
is a return free of charge?
