RMA

Returns are handled in Magento via an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization):

• When the customer fills in the return form on the applicable website, an RMA is automatically created. The status needs to be adjusted and Returnlabel added.

• This is a system that allows us to select the returned articles and a reason for return 

• We can send return labels to the customer in the RMA

• The customer receives an RMA form (with an RMA reference) that should be added to the returned parcel

• The customer receives updates on their RMA status per email

In case of a return, ALWAYS add an RMA in Magento
