OGO is the warehouse management system for the UK orders (same as Monta for the other shops)
You can check orders and insert orders but normally only insert an order in Magento
3 different order statusses in OGO
NEW/DRAFT = a new order, adjustments can be done by yourself or ogo customer care team
COLLECTING = they are collecting the order, there is a picking list, changes or cancelling is no longer possible
SHIPPED = the order left the warehouse you will also find the t&t link
In OGO you can ask a question about the order by entering the order with the arrow and click on ask a question concerning order.

Stefano Girardi is taking care of the stock in OGO. You can check the current stock under products - products
In stock updates you can see the stock that arrived or is planned to arrive
RETURN FROM CUSTOMER TO OGO
Contact the Merchant Care team with the “Ask a question, considering order” button on the order that needs to be returned.
In your message inform
- SKUs that wished to be returned, number and weight of the parcels
- Preferred pick-up date and adders
- Contact person name and number
The Merchant Care team will contact the warehouse, and they will make a booking for pickup with DPD
You can then share the details with the customer once Merchant Care confirms the pick-up date for you.
DPD will collect the parcels from the customer.
The Merchant Care will inform you when the goods will be back at the warehouse
