DAB UK is using 2 different transporters. APC for parcel shipments and Palletline for pallet deliveries

To know which transport company is used and what is the shipment number you have to login in Infor and go to environment 400 

• Go to order

• Go to references

• Shipment

• Tracking number is the APC number or Kings (palletline) number

• Copy the number and go to the used transporter below

For APC

Insert the APC number and postal code. You can find the APC number in Infor 

In magento, put the order on shipped, insert apc in small letters and the tracking number, flag email copy of shipment (than the customer will receive the tracking information and invoice)

For Kings you have to install contrado 2 on your laptop

Login : DAB

Password : DAB

Go to consigment - click on search

Paste the number that you searched in Infor.
