Ekomi

Ekomi is a review platform for the French market. Also Trustpilot is used (link with procedure for Trustpilot to be added)

An evaluation can be submitted within six months of receiving the evaluation link; after which the review link will no longer be valid.

Only a person who has had a verifiable experience with the provider may give a review.

When a customer submits a review, an email is sent to contact@pompeaeau.fr. To respond, you need to go to Ekomi.

On the homepage filters can be used to retrieve the reviews (e.g. adjust the rating range, select a specific date by adjusting the period) or scroll down in the list of reviews.

A review on Ekomi is not published immediately. You can see the status when you select the review (Published Yes or No)

Not published reviews: you can start a dialog with the customer by clicking on Start dialog. This dialog is not published, it is private.

Published reviews: you can choose between a private dialog (Start dialog) or a published message (Add comment)

To find information about the customer, copy-paste the email address (if provided) in Robin and write a reply accordingly
